PetAdmin Plus Support

Please note: Subscriptions will be honoured until expired based on PetAdmin issues only.

PetAdmin Plus support is able to encompass ALL of your support requirements, based on the urgency and nature of your request. Therefore, if you have a problem with your PetAdmin Plus because of your computer, network, other software (even some you may not know you have) or a "how to" beyond our instructional videos, you will need to lodge a support ticket. Please note that payment for minimum work is required prior to the issue being addressed.

The fees for raising a ticket are based on half hour blocks - the first half hour must be pre-paid and additional support will be invoiced as follows:
(all amounts in AUD. Australia inc. 10% GST. No GST component in New Zealand). Business days calculated as opening hours (see Contact).

 

Pre-Paid Support. Note that Pre-Paid support requires a one month grace period from the date of payment prior to commencement. All outstanding support tickets before this time will be treated as ad-hoc tickets. Priority tickets raised on a pre-paid Standard support type will be treated separately as ad-hoc priority tickets. Commencing a pre-paid plan indicates an acceptance of the terms below.

Ad-Hoc Support and license re-activation

License Re-Activation A re-activation of any PetAdmin Plus license (including v1 while support for it is available) either on the same or a different computer is based on the support type charge (priority or standard). Once the support type is paid for, please click the link below to be taken to a new page and enter the serial numbers of both the preceeding (if known), the current serial number (required) and the version to be activated.

Please note that only once payment is received and the serial number is correctly sent to us are we able to re-activate your PetAdmin.

The license activation charge is per activation, so please ensure the correct serial number is provided and the correct version, in the form of numbers 0-9 and letters A-F, in the format of xxxxxx-xx-xxxxxx.
