“November 2006 I was offered a business called Butterfly Karma. This has a web site to sell Butterfly breading kits, Butterfly releases, Butterfly gift ware and stick

“We have had the pleasure of helping Deloraine Cattery in New Zealand become accustomed to PetAdmin
and assisting them when they have needed us. David and Rachael write:
A week before we told over the Deloraine Cattery, we had tested a demo of Petadmin and thought it
would be of help to us in the running of our new business. Boy were we wrong! It has proved to be a very worth while investment and money well spent, and far more than just

“PetAdmin is an incredibly easy program to use by anyone, even those with limited computer skills. It is specifically designed for assisting in the operational
management of Boarding Kennels and Catteries.
When I started using the program it cut my administration down by 90%. It enables me to know at a glance what my availability is, which animals are in which kennels or cat
boxes. There are a number of features that make the management of my business easy. Reports on sales forecasts, daily payment schedules that can be checked off against the
check in and check outs for each day, who my clients are (no cards to shuffle through) and many more features. I can do mass mail outs to all my customers. My staff find it
easy to use and I have better control over my business.
Now that Craig Allan Solutions Ltd is available for PetAdmin distribution and support in the Southern hemisphere, it has made updates
and resolving issues painless rather then having to communicate with the UK. Craig has been a great support in ironing out the minor problems that I had (Usually due to my
lack of understanding rather than a PetAdmin problem)
The other really good thing about Craig’s involvement with PetAdmin is his ability to represent Australia and New Zealand
