Services - PetAdmin Reports

PetAdmin reports give you the flexibility to personalize the way your business communicates with your customers. Reports are available for:

  • Run Cards
  • Invoices
  • Acknowledgement reports
  • Confirmation reports

These reports are integrated into Microsoft® Word which should be installed on your computer. The reports are automatically generated and personalized and you can use these reports for each of your customers, as many times as you like.

Our report services are based upon a report that you send to us, to which we add the details that you need personalized for each customer. These variables include:

  • Booking dates and times
  • Pet information, including the Pet’s name, age, weight, inoculation details
  • Customer information, including Customer’s name and address details
  • Invoice information, including amounts outstanding, balances, service charge information and GST information
  • Run details, including the Pet’s details, Customer’s details, services for the pet (eg. grooming, exercise, medication and special feed notes) and emergency information.

Each report is customized for you and instructions are provided on integrating the reports into your PetAdmin program.

We require an example report from you, including any fonts and formatting that you would like to use, header and footer information (including logos and your business particulars). We also require the document to contain “sample” information, so that we know what it is that you would like to customize per report.
