We are able to create just about any type of plastic card for your business. There are a number of ways that you can have your own plastic cards for your business and for your customers:
If you already have a Pebble or Tattoo Printer:
We can organize mass prints of a generic card for you. This reduces your overall cost of printing by printing in one or two colours only over the top of each card.
We can assist you in the layout and design of your cards.
If you do not have a Pebble or Tattoo Printer:
Send us your layout, including fonts and formatting, with high resolution pictures. Simply design each side of your card. We will transpose this design into our software, print a card which, once you accept, can be printed as many times over as you wish.
If you have a series of customer I.D. numbers, we are able to print these directly on the cards.
If you wish to add barcodes later, we can print them for you on labels to attach to generic cards.
When designing your artwork, please remember:
There may be slight variances from batch to batch - this is always the case when printing
As close as we get, there may not be exact edge - to - edge printing of solid colours unless we mass print at the time of manufacture.
You will save money by having full colour on one side and single colour text on the other
If you are designing tags, remember that there is a space for the hole on each tag
The higher resolution the image is, the better it will print
Decide how you want the layout to be - is it landscape or portrait? How will your customers see it?
When positioning the layout of a card with one image, you can reduce costs if the image is only on one part of the card (e.g. a photo on a passport).
The more artwork you do, the cheaper it will be, however we are able to assist with artwork (i.e. changes to your existing artwork - we do not generally supply pictures or other artwork)
A standard card will have the dimensions of 84mm by 56mm for landscape, or 56mm by 84mm for portrait.
