The rates that you charge your customers for your services can be reflected in many ways - by animal, category, run-size or weight.
For example, you can configure PetAdmin Plus to accomodate services for hundreds of different animals. These animals may have hundreds of breeds.
Therefore, we're looking at the potential to book in up to thousands of different breeds!
PetAdmin makes it simple by categorizing each breed into one of a few categories. By default, these categories are based on the size of the pet and whether they have long or short hair. If you are boarding and it doesn't matter, a long haired or short haired pet of the same category may be the same charge for the service.
If you are a groomer, you may charge differently based on the characteristics of the pet, but not necessarily the size.
Simple!
You may also board or charge services to pets according to the size of your run, the weight of the pet or (for a standard charge regarless of any other characteristics of the pet), by the type of animal (cat, dog, bird, horse etc).
PetAdmin also works to encompass your customers and their pets by any booking type. Therefore, if you are a groomer and provide a hydrotherapy service, you can create bookings that "charge out" the time of a hydrobath, or the person who operates the hydrobath. If you're boarding and want to book for training sessions, you can book in training classes independently of boarding.
In fact, PetAdmin Plus can accomodate Boarding, Grooming, Training, Hydrotherapy, Day Camp and schedule for clubs and events, all in the one program. Therefore as your business expands, you can bring in more services, allocate your Groomer's times, schedule training lessons and much more - there is no limit to the combinations of what you can do. Additionally, you can add ANY service for ANY booking type. For example, if you are a trainer, you can add services based on time, the type of lesson, whether it's a one-on-one or a group session. If you are a Groomer, you can charge independently for certain types of grooming (styles, the type of cut, whether you use dye or shampoo). It's up to you the services you provide, and it's up to PetAdmin Plus to reflect these services.
PetAdmin Plus is fully featured with no restrictions on the number of customers you have, the number of pets that you provide services to, or the booking types. Licenses are available based on the use on one computer, or if you have a network of computers, additional licenses will let you enter bookings simultaneously on two or more computers, or use a back-office computer to generate reports, send emails etc.
One final thing - PetAdmin Plus is more than a booking tool. When put to use, it's able to track your customer's bookings (and trap those who keep cancelling bookings), log your staff's use, track your customer's payments, vaccination record, email invoices and confirmation reports, SMS your customers, and provide a guide to the growth of your business. It is also able to be used to assist with mailouts, or to produce custom reports (how many of your customers turned up last year who haven't been back since).
